Sizings

To assist you in ordering product the following are the standard Angels & Devils sizes.  

Please note that depending on the type of garments and their closure there may be some leeway to a larger size eg lace up backs or fronts of corsets and bustiers.

If you purchase an item that does not fit please contact us to arrange an exchange for another size or item of equivalent value.

Purchasing:

Where an Australian based account is registered with Angels and Devils, all pricing will be shown GST inclusive. For accounts based outside of Australia all pricing shown will be GST exclusive when the account holder is logged in.

Online:
Simply select the item you would like to purchase and click on “buy now”. At this point you will be taken to your shopping cart at which point you can select the size and colour of your choice if this is applicable. You can then choose to continue shopping and adding items to your cart or if you have finished “check out”. You will then be taken to a secure checkout where you can make payment via credit card or direct debit.

An email notification containing your purchase and transaction details will then be forwarded to your nominated email confirming your transaction.

Payment Methods

Paypal - for online orders using credit card or direct bank deposit
Angels & Devils uses Paypal to accept payment for orders placed online. Paypal is a secure international payment system which allows you to make payment in Australian dollars through your credit card or direct bank deposit. During check-out you will be taken to the Paypal site where the amount payable will be displayed and you are able to complete your purchase from Angels & Devils. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use the service. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Bank Cheque - for mail orders
If you are unable to place your order online, a bank cheque may be sent via mail with your order.  Your order and bank cheque must be made payable to:

Once your payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Postage and Shipping

Within Australia all shipping is done with through Australia Post’s ParcelPost due to their value, efficiency and reliability.  No responsibility is accepted by Angels & Devils for lost packages however all efforts will be made to assist in its location.  Insurance is available for shipping and can be selected during checkout.

Within Australia Shipping and Handling is $10.00 per order, including insurance.

Shipping and insurance will be Free of Charge on order above $200.00 for Australian orders.

Internationally Australia Post services are used:

NZ:       AUD 15.00 per order
Other:  AUD 25.00 per order

Insurance is included in the above charges.

All international customs duties, taxes and charges will be borne by the purchaser.  Should your package not be received with 2 weeks please contact Angels & Devils and we will assist in locating your package.  Unless purchasers opt for insurance during checkout, Angels & Devils accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

For international packages shipping will occur as soon as your payment is cleared and may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

Returns

On the rare occasion that you receive a flawed product, or the item does not fit properly, Angels & Devils are happy to replace it with an identical item, size or, if unavailable, one of equal value.

Due to Government Health regulations we are unable to exchange items which have been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered and these items are considered in other than new condition.

In addition Angels & Devils will not accept returns of items that have been altered or had tags removed.  All returns must be made with original packaging.

To claim a return simply contact us within 7days (including weekends) of shipping if within Australia or New Zealand and 14 days elsewhere.    Please advise your order number in all communications.  We will then respond with instructions.

Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Angels & Devils reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Information provided to Angels & Devils for the purposes or purchasing products will not be shared or sold to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
